I purchased this product in December of 2023. I used it for both my pets and myself. It worked really great for 1 year and had a 1 year warranty, but then started having problems in January 2025 with the Red Light turning off after being on for only about 2 minutes. I sent an email to the seller to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong with the product. I received a reply back in less than 24 hours from Cindy in the marketing department who asked me to explain the problem. After explaining the problem and sending them a video, Cindy and her marketing & management team kindly sent me a replacement. I will most defintely buy products sold by KTS again. Great customer service!

Helps relieve some of the pain

Helps 100% with my neck pain and about 75% with my back pain. Difficult to position on the exact spot on my back.Wish it came with some type of stand....More

Wish it came with some type of stand.
Overall I would recommend.
Charging with the USB is very easy and charge lasts a very long time.
I like that it’s small and portable.

Original purchase was for my doxie's back area, which I sneaked on her back 2x a day, which seemed to help ease her pain. I then researched the other uses of red light therapy and decided to use it on my sore aching spots. First on my neck from the abuse of receptive motion, which eased some soreness. Second on my arthritic finger joint. Finding my finger not as stiff, after allowing the light to to be on the area for 20-30 mins once a day.
I find the hand Held to be easy to use, charging needed only a few times a week, with everyday usage and you can target specific areas.

I had to return the first one as it came without cord to recharge. I received replacement and it is clearly new. I was obviously sent a used/returned one originally. This one was in a white box and had sealed packaging and just looks new. But I think this one works great. Plus the button on it is much smoother and works. The first one was hard to turn on. And there was a better manual with this one So I do recommend this product just make sure you get a new one. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because of the original one sent.

Been using the device for a week and the knee pain has lessen significantly. Also using it on my son for an eczema flare up and although the rash doesn't look any better yet, my son says it itches much less, so I'll continue the therapy amd see where that goes. The suggested time is 5 days and 2 days off for a period of 3 weeks. The device is light and not hard to operate at all. Charging is fast and a full charge lasts for a long time.
