I received foot pads as a gift. I was skeptical but found them effective in controlling the burning & cramping in my feet. Each morning the pads are black, can't say how effective they are at removing toxins, just that they turn black. I learned to put socks on over them as the tape will slide or roll on my feet as I move in bed. I've been sent several brands, not the ones I ordered, but all have been effective.

Does that dark matter actually come OUT of your body? I don't know, but I have had this detox treatment in foot baths at Drs' office previously, for $15 a shot. I feel better and more energetic after using them. I don't remember to put them in every night, but wonder if you could ever use them enough to have clear pads in the morning. I wear socks over mine or they come off from walking around at night.

The white pads work 10 times better than the gold ones I purchased the white ones 2020 and the Gold ones in 2022. The white ones made me sleep better and I felt much cleaner and refreshed in the morning I haven’t even finished using the gold ones I’m still going to repurchase the white pads I don’t know the true difference but they worked really well especially when I was struggling to sleep the gold one didn’t really do much for me.

Love these foot pads. They do what they say they will. Been using for a week now and I do have more energy I'm sleeping better. My feet sweat alot but the sticky pads stay on I will recommend wearing socks with them to keep them from sticking to your sheets. All it takes is one little corner to catch the sheets.

I have severe Lymphedema. The pain in my legs at night was horrible and kept me up tossing turning. I have a prescription water pill that is no longer helping. I was a skeptic on purchasing. However I’m so glad I did. First night wearing them no more pain slept like a baby. Woke up no swelling. I’ve only used 2 nights and am so happy. I soak my feet with puma stone to get sticky off bottom of feet.
